AVOTurboworld's Gen 3 Unequal Ceramic Coated Headers and full exhaust for the XV 2.0i 2018+ model offers improved flow and a deep, smooth sound. With this manifold it helps with quicker response over the standard factory OEM manifold and with the correct supporting parts you can see a 15% power increase over the stock Hp.

The pipe section includes a 5" body cat converter and is 2.5" stainless steel all the way through to the next join. The next pipe has a resonator and is 2.5" stainless steel to the next flange. AVO have also fitted a stainless OEM style flex as it is required with the replacement of the factory OEM version. Without the donut gasket and OEM spring loaded bolt setup then your headers and any welds forward of the flex are prone to cracking. The stainless flanges are a lost wax stainless casting that are 13mm thick and will not warp under the harshest of conditions. The thickness of our exhaust tube is 1.5mm which is thicker than most aftermarket front pipes. This helps with noise absorption and with longevity of the product.
