Monotube shock absorber

A structure in which the shock absorber body is a single cylinder. By increasing the diameter of the piston and improving the valve, etc., it generates a delicate damping force from minute inputs from the road surface, and follows even faster piston speeds. Newly developed CC pillow upper mount (camber and caster independent adjustment type) is available as an option for some front strut type models.

Ram type (inverted type) shock absorber

Only the strut type uses a ram type shock absorber in which the piston rod extends downward from the main body. It is effective in reducing unsprung weight, is strong against lateral G, and has excellent heat dissipation.
