Description

The latest Roadsafe design RP-HIL15V3 is supplied as a pair (LH & RH Point) and has been designed for the fitment on GUN Hilux and Fortuner with factory bumper and a variety of bull bar designs. Now including fitment with Opposite Lock, PIAK, ARB, MCC and Genuine Toyota without modification to the Roadsafe 4WD recovery tow point. Some trimming and adaption may be required to secondary parts on some bull bars. This is noted in the fitting instructions &/or tow point fitment sheet on the Roadsafe website.

The latest technology is used with the development of Roadsafe 4WD tow points. CAE (computer aided engineering) and FEA (Finite element analysis) are both used in house during development. The WLL rating which is applied at 5000kgs with a safety factor of 2 for each tow point is then validated independently at NATA accredited lab by means of deformation testing locally in Melbourne.

The Roadsafe Hilux tow points when fitted correctly make for a convenient and strong tow point system to assist with recoveries. Always fit and use tow points as a matched pair, with equalising bridle, to maximise safety during a recovery.
