Description

Superior Engineering has simplified fitting hydraulic bump stops in the rear of your Nissan Patrol GQ or GU Ute.

With our Patented Fully-Bolt In design, you can have hydraulic bump stops fitted to your offroad monster or tourer in a few hours.

This is a comprehensive kit that includes 2 x Profender 4x4 Adjustable Bump stops in either 2 or 3 inch travel a full length coil tower brace with extra mounting

points for superior strength and the mounts for the bumps also double as coil drop out cones working in unison with the lower pad/coil retainers.

Superior Engineering has always recommended the use of a Coil tower braces on nissan patrol, so by integrating the tower brace into the design means that one

product can give you both suspension control as well as durability.

Hydraulic bump stops are superior to regular rubber stops because of the progressive way the hydraulic bump stop works.

Whilst rubber bumps are progressive they have a fixed rate and get hard and brittle over time, giving a harsh engagement of the bump stop.

Hydraulic bump stops can be adjusted (via gas pressure) to have different rates of compression.

And as the pressure is lower at engagement then builds throughout compression, they offer a much smoother ride.

The kit is supplied with all the parts you need to fit the kit, all you need is some basic hand tools to complete the installation.

We offer this kit with two options of bump stop.

2" Travel - Is suited to smaller lifts (2-3"), Perfect for the less serious off roaders and touring vehicles.

3" Travel - More suited to bigger lifts (4-6"+), Great for the big boys with the big lifts and race vehicles.

Note this kit will only fit coil sprung utes and wagons fitted with at least 2" of body lift.

Superior Engineering Strongly recommends the fitment of a diff brace with this kit

This kit is the best option for bracing the rear diff in your patrol, and is full race tested to work with our Hydro Bump stop kits
