This system is constructed of 1-7/8 IN - 3 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. This coating combination reduces the outside surface temperature of headers and reduces engine compartment temperatures by as much as 46% vs. non-coated headers. Factory style laser cut machined mild steel flanges are used used for a secure leak-free seal. A mitered merge collector is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. Utilizing factory style and flanges this system is designed to fit in the stock locations with no cutting or modifications required for a hassle-free installation.
